Systems integrator in Jakarta for applications, AI and infrastructure

We connect applications, AI, ERP, servers, networks and CCTV so they work as one system. You can also contract any single part for a defined scope.

What systems integration covers

One integration project can involve the cameras and recorders already installed, AI devices on site, a reporting application and the company ERP. Each usually comes from a different vendor and has its own way of exchanging data.

As systems integrator, we oversee the project as a whole: the data flow between systems, the division of work with your vendors, and the testing of every connection before handover.

Types of connection we build

  • Application to ERP or finance system

Order, transaction or invoice data from a new application is sent to the ERP through an API or another agreed data exchange method.

The same data in both systems, without re-keying.

  • Cameras and recorders to a dashboard

Video from existing cameras and recorders is processed on site into counts and events.

A dashboard, notifications and reports per site.

  • AI results into workflows

The results of document reading or visual inspection are sent to the application that staff use.

A list of items for staff to review or approve.

  • Application to partner applications

Your application exchanges data with customer, supplier or partner applications through an API.

Order or job status that both parties can see.

  • Old system to new system

We migrate the data and manage the transition period while some users still work on the old system.

A migration plan, data test results and a cut-over schedule.

System connections from the core team's experience

The 2023 purchase order verification agent for PT TT Metals Indonesia, delivered by PT Alkeira Kreasi Indonesia, involved incoming email, an AI model on an NVIDIA GPU server at the plant, and the Microsoft Dynamics ERP in which processing time was measured.

The 2026 AI CCTV trial at a state-owned bank (BUMN), delivered by the MocengVision team and an integrator partner, used the cameras and recorders already installed in one branch and two ATMs. The functions tested included notifications and daily, weekly and monthly reporting.

Systems integration project steps

  1. Inventory of existing systems

We list the applications, databases, devices and networks involved, including versions, owners, vendors and access methods.

  2. Architecture and data flow

We map how data moves between systems, who uses it and where it is stored. This diagram is agreed before the build starts.

  3. Scope and vendor split

We write down the work we do ourselves, the equipment we supply and the parts that stay with your current vendors.

  4. Build and connection testing

We build the data interfaces and install the equipment, then test every connection with sample data before real data is used.

  5. Handover and support

We hand over the architecture and access documentation, train your IT team and provide technical support as set out in the contract.

What you need to prepare

  • Systems and devices

The applications, databases, devices and networks involved, with their vendors and contract periods.

  • Available documentation

API documentation, database schemas or device manuals, where they exist.

  • Test environment

Test accounts or servers so that connections can be tried without disrupting live systems.

  • An owner in the IT team

One person with the authority to approve changes to existing systems.

  • Data security policy

Internal rules on where data is stored, remote access and which vendors may connect.

FAQ

Questions about systems integration

Can MVP work with our current vendors?

Yes. We write down the division of work with your existing vendors at the architecture stage, so each party knows what it is responsible for.

Do we have to take all of MVP's services?

No. Each service can be contracted on its own or combined in one systems integration project.

What if our old system has no API?

There are other options to check, such as scheduled file exchange or approved database access. We discuss them with your IT team after the system inventory.

Does MVP also supply the hardware?

Yes. Servers, storage, networking, surveillance equipment and software licences can be supplied as part of the project.

Who handles faults after go-live?

We handle faults within the support scope set out in the contract. The split of responsibility between us and other vendors is written down at the start of the project.

Discuss the systems you need to connect

Send us a list of the applications and devices involved and what you expect the connection to achieve. We will propose an initial architecture and a division of scope.
