Custom business application development: web, mobile, dashboards and APIs
We build applications around your workflows, your users and the systems you already run. The work is managed from our office in Pancoran, South Jakarta.
Applications we build

-
Web and mobile applications
Applications for employees, field staff or customers, used in a browser or on a phone.
-
Enterprise systems and workflows
Systems for processes that involve several departments, such as recruitment, contracts, attendance, approvals, payroll and invoicing.
-
Dashboards
Continuously updated views of operational data, such as fleet positions, job status or daily figures per site.
-
API integration
Connections between a new application and the systems already running, such as the ERP, the finance system or a partner's application.
Basic features of a business application
An application used by many people in one company needs clear rules. We discuss the following features at the start of every project.
-
Role-based access
Each user sees and changes only the data their role allows.
-
Multi-level approval
Important records, such as contracts or invoices, take effect only after an authorised officer approves them.
-
Audit trail
Every data change is logged: who made it, when, and what changed.
-
Reports and data export
Print-ready reports and spreadsheet exports for the finance team or management.
Applications built by the core team
The 2017 and 2021 projects were done before PT Marsada Visi Pranata was established, when Teguh Hardiansah, now MVP's Director, was founder and CTO of Digiro.in and later CTO of PT Alkeira Kreasi Indonesia. The party that delivered each project is shown below.

How we build an application
Process and user mapping
We interview users, map the current workflow and note the data that goes in and out at each step.
Clickable screen designs
We make screen designs that users can click through and try. Awkward flows are fixed at this stage, before the backend is built.
Module-by-module development
The application is built one module at a time. We show each module to users before moving on to the next.
Integration and testing
We connect the application to existing systems through APIs and test it with sample data, then with real data together with your team.
Launch and maintenance
We train users, hand over documentation, then handle fixes and further development as set out in the contract.
What you need to prepare
-
A process owner
One person who understands the workflow and has the authority to set feature priorities.
-
Current documents and data
The forms, reports or spreadsheets in use today. From these we map the data the application must handle.
-
Systems that must be connected
For example the ERP, finance application or attendance system, with a contact in the IT team that runs each one.
-
Access rules
Who may view, change and approve specific data.
-
Where the application will run
Your own servers, a data centre or the cloud, in line with your company's IT policy.
FAQ
Questions about application development
How much does a business application cost?
The cost depends on the number of modules and users and on the systems it must connect to. We prepare a quotation after process mapping and an initial design.
Can the application connect to the systems we already use?
Yes, if those systems provide an API or another data exchange method that your IT team approves. We check this during process mapping.
Can the application be used on a phone?
Yes. We build web applications that adapt to phone screens, or mobile applications when field staff need them.
Who owns the source code?
Source code ownership is agreed in the contract before work begins.
Does MVP handle maintenance after go-live?
Yes. Fixes, updates and further development can be covered by a maintenance contract.
Is MVP a software house in South Jakarta?
Yes. We build applications from our office at Jl. Pengadegan Barat Raya No. 6, Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan. Meetings can take place at your office or online.
