Equipment list for your budget estimate (RAB)
Our quotation includes the equipment list with specifications, so your team can use it to prepare the budget estimate (RAB) for server and network procurement. It states the brand, type, quantity and specification of each item, plus the installation and support services included.
We first record the equipment and licences still in use. The procurement list then contains only items that are missing or do not meet the technical requirements.

We record the systems that will run, the number of users and devices, and the condition of the server room, power supply and network at the site.
Specification and quotation
We prepare the list of equipment and licences with their specifications, then send a quotation.
Delivery and installation
The equipment is delivered to the site, installed and configured to the agreed design.
Functional testing and handover
We test the equipment with the systems that will use it, then hand over the equipment list, serial numbers, administrator access and a signed handover report (berita acara serah terima).
Technical support
We handle questions and faults within the support scope set out in the contract.

Can MVP supply the brands we specify?
Yes. Tell us the brands and specifications that are your company standard, and we will adjust the quotation.
Can procurement be combined with application development or AI CCTV?
Yes. Equipment can be part of a systems integration project or bought separately.
Are equipment prices listed on the website?
No. Prices depend on the brand, specification and quantity of the equipment, and on the installation and support scope. We send a quotation once the requirements and specifications are clear.
Does MVP install new CCTV cameras?
Yes, as part of surveillance equipment provision. If your existing cameras still meet the AI CCTV requirements, they stay in use.
Can MVP help prepare a budget estimate (RAB) for server and network procurement?
Yes. Your team can use the equipment list and specifications in our quotation as the basis for the RAB.
Is there support after installation?
Yes. The scope and period of technical support are written into the contract.
