Core team experience since 2017
PT Marsada Visi Pranata was established on 28 September 2026, so most of the work below was done by the core team before MVP existed. For each project we name who delivered it.
The 2017–2023 projects were delivered with Teguh Hardiansah, now Director of MVP, as founder and CTO of Digiro.in in 2017, then as CTO of PT Alkeira Kreasi Indonesia from 2021 to 2023. Two 2026 projects were delivered by the MocengVision team with partners, and PT Marsada Visi Pranata is building the application for an outsourcing company itself.
We use the label Completed only for work that is actually finished. Trials, prototypes and work still in development are labelled by stage.

PT Pos Indonesia (Persero)
Digiro.in, a blockchain-based digital giro
Digiro.in (Digital Giro Indonesia) is a PT Pos Indonesia payment application for collecting and managing customer funds on a blockchain, in several currencies and in gold. Migrant workers were one target group, and the aim was to cut the cost of sending money home from 6–7% to 2%.

Real-time fleet monitoring dashboard
McEasy provides transport management and vehicle telematics systems. Through this dashboard, McEasy's business customers monitor their fleets in real time.

PT TT Metals Indonesia
AI agent for purchase order verification
PT TT Metals Indonesia, part of the Toyota Tsusho group, processes steel for the automotive industry in Karawang. An AI agent reads the purchase orders and technical drawings that arrive by email, then checks the part specifications. The model runs on an NVIDIA GPU server at the plant. Processing time was measured in the company's Microsoft Dynamics ERP, from the incoming email to the quotation being sent.

Raw material inspection with AI cameras
An AI inspection system detects NG (non-conforming) material on the production line before the material is processed. A high-resolution camera was modified for inspection, and a red laser dot marks the part that needs checking. One camera is installed on the production line.

State-owned bank (BUMN)
AI CCTV trial at one branch and two ATMs
The trial ran from August to September 2026. MocengVision was tested at one branch and two off-site ATMs, using the cameras and recorders already installed. Seven functions were tested: video compression, recorder and camera monitoring, footage search, AI for security and SOP compliance, service activity analysis, notifications, and daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Every footage clip was archived with its camera data, recording time, duration, file size and SHA-256 hash.

Prototype of an AI-based city CCTV control centre application
The prototype was built as a proof of concept. The application includes a camera map, vehicle detection alerts with their source cameras, a camera list with the condition of each camera, and a summary for senior officials.

Outsourcing company
Recruitment-to-payroll application for a company with about 5,000 field workers
One system for recruitment, contracts, attendance, payroll and invoicing, including store reports for FMCG sales promoters (SPG) and merchandisers. AI suggestions take effect only after a staff member approves them, and every change is logged.

Questions about our experience
Did MVP itself deliver the 2017–2023 projects?
No. The core team did that work before PT Marsada Visi Pranata was established. Each project names who delivered it: the Digiro.in team for PT Pos Indonesia, and PT Alkeira Kreasi Indonesia for McEasy and PT TT Metals Indonesia.
Why are some clients not named?
Because of confidentiality terms. Our agreements with the state-owned bank and the provincial government include confidentiality clauses, so we will name them only once we have written permission.
What do trial completed and prototype completed mean?
That stage is finished, but the system is not necessarily in daily operational use. The trial at the state-owned bank is complete and its results have been handed over. The city CCTV control centre prototype was built as a proof of concept.
How was processing time at PT TT Metals Indonesia measured?
In the company's Microsoft Dynamics ERP, from the incoming email to the quotation being sent. For about 1,000 purchase orders a month, processing time fell from 1–3 days to under 15 minutes.
Which project is PT Marsada Visi Pranata delivering itself?
The recruitment-to-payroll application for an outsourcing company. It is still in development: the application screens are complete and the backend will follow.
